Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Coral Springs, FL is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) to join our outpatient clinic. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide orthopedic and vestibular care in a collaborative environment.

The role offers mentorship, professional growth, and access to advanced rehabilitation equipment. Florida licensure is required or eligible, with new graduates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligible for licensure.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy preferred.
• Vestibular rehabilitation experience is a plus (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Treat orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, vestibular, and balance patients.
• Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, and functional movement training.
• Assess and treat patients with dizziness, vertigo, balance impairments, and fall risk.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Accurately document evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and referring physicians to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
• Maintain high standards of clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
