Stern at Home Therapy is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide one-on-one home health services in and around Toms River, NJ. You’ll assess and treat geriatric patients in their homes with full clinical autonomy, setting your own schedule and choosing PRN, part-time, or full-time commitments.

Our dedicated admin team handles scheduling and documentation, allowing you to focus on patient care. Compensation ranges from $55–$85 per visit, with onboarding typically within two weeks.

Qualifications

• Active PT license in New Jersey is required.
• Home health experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and bedside manner are essential.

What The Job Looks Like

You’ll evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric population in their homes across Toms River, creating and executing your own individualized treatment plans with full clinical autonomy. A dedicated admin team manages scheduling, documentation support, and coordination — you focus on the patient in front of you. Shadowing is available if you're newer to home health or just want to see the model before committing.
