Stern at Home Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for home health in Warwick, NY. Roles available PRN, part-time, and full-time with a per-visit pay model and a full-time salary range.

Clinicians will visit patients in their homes across Warwick and Orange County and set their own schedules. You’ll evaluate geriatric patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and work with a supportive admin team to manage logistics.

What the Job Looks Like:

You’ll evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric population in their homes across Warwick and surrounding Orange County communities, creating and executing your own individualized treatment plans with full clinical autonomy. A dedicated admin team manages scheduling, documentation support, and coordination — you focus on the patient in front of you. New to home care or just want extra confidence before going solo? Shadowing is available to everyone, no questions asked.
