Phaxis - Support Services is seeking a Physical Therapist for the Hermitage & Mt. Juliet area in Tennessee. Join a collaborative orthopedic team that values work-life balance and professional growth.

You will treat approximately 11 patients per day, require an active Tennessee PT license, and enjoy a competitive salary with up to $90K plus bonuses. New grads are welcome and a 5,000 sign-on bonus plus CEU reimbursement are offered.
