Physical Therapist role performs visits in homes, ALF's, and ILF's, clinics, and via Telehealth. This is a salary-based position, with the opportunity to receive a monthly bonus. This is a full-time 12-hour position, 7 am-7 pm, 7 days on & 7 days off.
