Physical Therapist – WelbeHealth

WelbeHealth invites applications for the Physical Therapist position in Stockton, CA.

Sign-On Bonus

• Up to $20,000***

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy assessments in our facility and occasionally in the home to define participant care needs, preferences, and goals
• Actively participate in IDT meetings to develop participant care plans
• Deliver and document interventions as agreed upon in participant care plans
• Provide active and passive exercise, muscle re‑education, gait, functional training of ADLs, and treatments including massage, heat, sound, water, light, or electricity
• Supervise Therapy Assistants, providing training, instruction, and guidance needed to implement Functional Maintenance Programs (FMP)
• Provide training and instruction to staff, participants, and caregivers/families on the use and care of therapeutic equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy; master’s or doctoral degree preferred
• Two (2) years in clinical setting with frail or elderly population preferred
• Valid California Physical Therapy License, or proof of license eligibility
• Current CPR certification preferred

Compensation
