Paradigm Home Health Companies in Comanche Area is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team on a site-based role. You will develop and revise plans of care in collaboration with physicians and care team members, and supervise PT assistants during onsite visits.

You will provide therapeutic treatments, evaluate equipment needs, document progress, and participate in conferences and inservice programs.

Qualificações

• Current Texas PT License.
• Current Certification in BSL/CPR.
• Valid Texas Driver's License and Automobile Insurance.
• Knowledge of WellSky EMR software is a plus.
