Job summary

Staunton Post Acute & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our clinical team in Staunton, VA. You will provide direct patient care, perform comprehensive PT assessments, and develop evidence-based rehabilitation plans to maximize function.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing.
• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Proficient in EMR documentation (we use PCC but experience in this system is not required).
• CPR Certification.
