Job summary

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Physical Therapist in Starkville, Mississippi, for a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend rotation.

The ideal candidate will hold a PT degree with licensure, have clinical experience, and apply evidence-based practices to develop individualized plans, educate patients, and collaborate with the care team in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve strength, ROM, and function.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and body mechanics.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Stay current with developments in physical therapy through continuing education.

Job description

Position: Physical Therapist

Salary Range: $43.35-$47.63 per hour (with some flexibility)

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, no weekend rotation

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients' strength, range of motion, and function
• Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and proper body mechanics
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Stay current with the latest developments and advancements in the field of physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
