Doctor of Physical Therapy, Owner BSR Physical Therapy

Join a growth-minded team of clinicians at BSR Physical Therapy. As an outpatient physical therapist, you will help patients move without pain using exercise, patient education, skilled manual therapy, and expert clinical reasoning. Our patients include children, teenage athletes, weekend warriors, and older adults seeking better function without medications, injections, or surgery. You'll be part of a team of self-motivated clinicians committed to evidence-based practice in orthopedic physical therapy. A full-time position is available at our Manahawkin clinic. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Expected Outcomes: Physical therapist key result areas include excellence in patient outcomes (>50th Percentile Rank) and operational efficiency (11 patient visits per day).

Job Duties

- Screen and evaluate patients with orthopedic, sports, and vestibular disorders

- Collaborate with patients and caregivers (if applicable) to develop treatment goals

- Develop comprehensive treatment plans to achieve desired goals

- Educate patients about optimal long-term health and fitness practices

- Complete clinical documentation in a timely fashion

- Communicate with physicians and other providers

- Act as a clinical instructor for student physical therapists
