Health Advocates Network is seeking a Physical Therapist to work at a facility in St Louis, MO. These are registry positions with our company.

Shift Details: Tentative hours are Tuesday 8:00AM – 1:00PM, Wednesday 8:30AM - 12:30PM, and Thursday 8:00AM - 2:00PM. These may change.

Qualifications:

• At least 12 months of previous experience as a Physical Therapist
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
• Up-to-date credentials in the state of MO

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement physical therapy programs focused on rehabilitation
• Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
• Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
• Record and document patient care services
