Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services Inc is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide services across home and community settings in southeastern PA. Flexible schedules, sign-on bonuses, and competitive hourly wages are offered to experienced clinicians.

The role emphasizes working with infants and toddlers with developmental delays, supporting IFSP goals, and collaborating with families and professionals to maximize functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• PA Physical Therapy license required.
• Early Intervention Experience OR Equivalent Experience.
• Pediatric Experience required.
• Home Based Service Delivery Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services and consult with family members and other professionals.
• Follow IFSP and develop methodologies for reaching each child's developmental goals.
• Coach family members and caregivers on intervention strategies for home and community settings.
• Provide services in homes, daycare centers and other community settings.
• Ensure progress is generalized and caregivers are active participants with the team.
• Prepare progress reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of information per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services and consult with family members and other professionals working with the family
• Follow Individualized Family Service Plan IFSP and develop methodologies for reaching each child's specific developmental goals
• Coach family members and caregivers on various intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry over in both home and at community settings
• Provide services in diverse settings such as homes daycare centers andor other community settings
• Ensure that progress is generalized and caregivers are active participants in intervention through addressing specific goals coaching sessions and communication with the entire team
• Prepare progress reports
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with HIPAA andor StateFederal regulations

Requirements
