Job summary

Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services, Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide therapy to infants and toddlers with developmental delays in home and community settings across southeastern PA.

You will assess, implement IFSP-based interventions, coach families, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Flexible scheduling and sign-on bonus support your work-life balance.

Qualifications

• PA Physical Therapy (PT) license required.
• Early Intervention experience or equivalent experience.
• Pediatric experience required.
• Home-based service delivery experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services and consult with family members and other professionals.
• Follow IFSP and develop methodologies to reach each child’s developmental goals.
• Coach families and caregivers on intervention strategies for home and community settings.
• Provide services in homes, daycare centers, and community settings.
• Ensure progress is generalized and caregivers are active participants in intervention.
• Prepare progress reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of information in accordance with HIPAA and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Physical Therapy services and consult with family members and other professionals working with the family
• Follow Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and develop methodologies for reaching each child’s specific developmental goals
• Coach family members and caregivers on various intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry-over in both home and at community settings
• Provide services in diverse settings such as homes, daycare centers, and/or other community settings
• Ensure that progress is generalized and caregivers are active participants in intervention through addressing specific goals, coaching sessions, and communication with the entire team
• Prepare progress reports
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations)

Requirements:

• PA Physical Therapy (PT) license
• Early Intervention Experience OR Equivalent Experience
• Pediatric Experience
• Home Based Service Delivery Experience (preferred)
• Strong Clinical & Interpersonal Skills
