Physical Therapist performs comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and establishes patient-centered treatment goals. Monitors patient response to treatment, identify contraindications, and modify plans of care to ensure safety and effectiveness. Collaborates with other team members and families to produce high quality of care.

Physical Therapist Minimum Qualifications:

• Current Wisconsin Physical Therapist license
• Current BLS certification
• Pelvic floor training or interest in training is highly desirable
