Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist - Outpatient in Somers Point, NJ. This full-time position offers a generous compensation range and a sign-on bonus, plus loan repayment assistance to support your career growth.

The role involves evaluating and treating patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting with mentorship and diverse cases. You'll join a team dedicated to excellent patient care, sport medicine and orthopedics across 1900 centers nationwide.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Somers Point, NJ

Schedule: Full-time. Monday through Friday. No weekends!

Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 a year annually, based on your experience.

Incentives: $10,000 sign on bonus, plus $350 per month directly towards your student loans for duration of your employment with us!

Unique Location/Job Details: Multiple therapist outpatient orthopedic center with 2 PTs, 1 OT and front desk staff. We see a diverse patient mix including orthopedics and sports medicine. Experienced staff in place to provide mentorship and career development.
