Title: Physical Therapist

Position Summary:

You will work with a diverse patient population across varying ages and diagnoses, with the ability to tailor treatment plans for optimal outcomes. We encourage our clinicians to pursue specialties they are passionate about, such as Orthopedics, Pelvic Health, Oncology, Vestibular, Hand Therapy, Pediatrics, Neurological Rehabilitation, Vertigo, Sports Rehab, Parkinson’s Disease, Performing Arts Rehab, Pulmonary Disease, Concussion Management, and Dry Needling (depending on state regulations), among others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized, patient-centered physical therapy care in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis.
• Maintain high standards of documentation, communication, and patient outcomes.
• Engage in continued education and clinical growth through mentorship and learning opportunities.
