River Bend Healthcare in Seguin, TX is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our in‑house team and help expand therapy programming to include Abilities Care, ACP programs, Big and Loud, and wound care. You will have the freedom to create and implement additional programs to meet patient needs at this facility.

The ideal candidate holds a Physical Therapy license and may be at any experience level, including new graduates.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy license is required.
• Open to Physical Therapists at all experience levels; new graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques and wound care.
• Provide consultation to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers.
• Generate discharge summaries compliant with regulatory and clinical requirements.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST – PRN

Our Texas market is excited to announce growth in Seguin. We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our in‑house team and help expand therapy programming to include Abilities Care (cognition), ACP programs, Big and Loud, and wound care. As a therapy professional, you will have the freedom to create and implement additional programs to meet the needs of patients at this facility.

Duties

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing care plans that adhere to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers concerning physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications
