Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Physical Therapist (PT) position.

• In-house program in a friendly, slower-paced community environment providing holistic care, including prevention
• Salary with 65-75% productivity benchmarks
• No mandated group treatment
• Specialized on-site training (chronic pain, vestibular rehab, pelvic health, and more) provided during work hours with CEUs
• State-of-the-art rehab gyms

In this role, you will provide physical therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, administering treatments, discharge planning, and other related duties. There are exciting opportunities for professional growth!

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state(s) where services are provided
• Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment is preferred

$74,160.00 - $93,463.00 per year. Starting salary will vary based on skills and experience.
