Job summary

Professional Therapy Partners in Santa Fe, NM is hiring a Physical Therapist to join an outpatient orthopedic team dedicated to evidence-based, patient-centered care. You will evaluate patients, develop plans, and guide recovery to help patients return to activities they enjoy.

Qualifications

  • Valid license to practice Physical Therapy in New Mexico or eligible for licensure.
  • Prior outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred.
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI) required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish measurable functional goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on movement and long-term outcomes.
  • Manage a sustainable daily caseload of approximately 11 to 14 patients.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership and fellow clinicians to maintain high standards of care.
  • Take ownership of patient outcomes and engage in ongoing professional growth.

Compensation:
  • Base salary of $90,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with clinical experience
