Pivotal Placement Services is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join a leading acute care hospital in Sanford, Florida. The role welcomes experienced clinicians and new graduates to build their skills in a collaborative hospital setting while focusing on patient recovery and outcomes.

As a Physical Therapist, you will conduct evaluations, develop individualized plans, and provide patient-centered care within a Level II Trauma Center, coordinating with physicians and care teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or higher required
• Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
• Open to new graduates
• BCLS certification required within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatment interventions within scope of practice
• Assess therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status of patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and care teams
• Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions to improve patient function and mobility
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, therapies, and assistive devices
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Coordinate caseload priorities and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

We’re seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join a leading acute care hospital in Sanford, Florida. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced clinicians and new graduates looking to build their skills in a collaborative hospital setting while making a meaningful impact on patient recovery and outcomes.

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, manage individualized treatment plans, and support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey in a respected Level II Trauma Center.

Compensation

• $35.77/hr (New Graduate)
• $44.71/hr (Approx. 10 Years Experience)
• $49.18/hr (16+ Years Experience)

Schedule

• Full-time Days
• 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
• Start times between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM
• New hires typically begin with 4 weekend shifts per month, decreasing over time
• Weekday time off provided when working weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatment interventions within scope of practice

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy
• Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Open to all experience levels, including new graduates
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 30 days of hire?
