Job summary

Cape Concierge Physical Therapy on Cape Cod is hiring a Physical Therapist to start as soon as 30 days. The role offers options to start 3 days per week or full time, with compensation of $48–$52 per hour depending on experience.

The office provides 60‑minute 1:1 sessions in a gym environment, in-office and in-home appointments, and generous benefits including PTO, CEU stipend, IRA after 1 year, and a wellness stipend.

Qualifications

• Experience in manual therapy is required.
• Interest in Women's Health or Pelvic Floor PT is a plus.
• Sessions are 60 minutes, 1:1, with a gym setting and private treatment room.

Responsibilities

• Provide 60-minute one-on-one physical therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with patients to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Schedule patients following the initial evaluation and maintain documentation.

Cape Concierge Physical Therapy is a private pay practice offering both in-home appointments and in-office appointments in our Sandwich and Pinehills (Plymouth) office. All appointments are 60 minutes 1:1 between patient and provider. Our patients seek us out because we value continuity of care and they do not want to be shuffled amongst multiple providers. Our patients are looking for holistic approaches that improve their overall health and well being. Applicants must have experience in manual therapy. Interest in Women's Health or Pelvic Floor PT a plus. There is a strong emphasis on relationship building within our community.
