Cape Integrative Health in Cape Elizabeth, Maine, is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) for our outpatient orthopedic & integrative care team. You'll collaborate with chiropractors, massage therapists, acupuncture providers, and medical professionals to deliver evidence-based care and long-term wellness.

This full-time role offers a salary range of $80,000–$110,000 per year plus benefits, with performance bonus opportunities, PTO, CEU support, a 401(k) with company match, and mentorship

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Maine Physical Therapist license or be eligible for licensure.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills are required.
• Passion for providing high-quality, evidence-based outpatient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
• Utilize therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, functional movement training, and patient education.
• Collaborate with chiropractors, medical providers, massage therapists, and acupuncture providers to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation within our electronic medical record.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies.

Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

Qualifications

Required

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• Current Maine Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Passion for providing high-quality, evidence-based outpatient care

Preferred

• Experience in outpatient orthopedics or sports medicine
• Manual therapy experience
• Dry needling certification (or interest in obtaining certification)
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary or integrative healthcare practice
