Job summary

Angels Care Home Health in Cottonwood, AZ is seeking a Physical Therapist to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, restoring or maintaining well-being. You will organize PT treatment programs based on referrals and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. The schedule is Monday through Friday for full-time employment.

The role requires a current PT license, at least two years of experience, and CPR and Hepatitis profiles. Knowledge of durable medical equipment is beneficial.
