About the Company

FunctionSmart is a PT owned private practice with orthopedic and pelvic health specialties. We have 3 locations in San Diego and specialize in hands-on care.

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time clinician for outpatient orthopedics but will also consider part-time applicants. We are also currently recruiting for full or part-time pelvic PT. New grads are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames.
• Provide hands-on manual therapy techniques as well as develop appropriate clinical and home exercise progression and functional training.

Qualifications

Candidates accepted with Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution with a valid CA PT License.

Required Skills

Basic manual therapy skills with a desire to continually learn and grow.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with athletes and generally fit and active populations. Interest and continuing education in Pelvic Health.

Pay range and compensation package

Hourly rate commensurate with experience. We offer a full-time benefits package including company contribution for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a retirement plan with company match, and holiday pay/paid leave accrual. Continuing education assistance is also provided.
