Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist, located in Imperial Beach, CA. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment programs for patients. Daily tasks include conducting patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and communicating with other healthcare professionals. The Physical Therapist will also educate patients and their families about treatment plans and exercises to aid recovery.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Patient Care
• Experience in providing Medicine and Home Care services
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Dedicated to continuing education and professional development
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent
• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of California
