Job summary

OrthoRehab in NW San Antonio, TX is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. The role focuses on evaluating and treating orthopedic, spine, sports and post‑op cases with strong clinical autonomy, pursuing high-quality patient outcomes in a growing private practice.

You will supervise PTAs and aides, maintain same-day documentation, build relationships with local physicians, and enjoy a schedule Monday–Friday with no mandatory Saturdays; bilingual

Qualifications

• Active Texas PT license or compact privilege.
• DPT required; outpatient ortho experience preferred.
• OCS/FAAOMPT or dry-needling credentials a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic, spine, sports and post‑op caseload (~11 visits/day).
• Supervise PTAs and aides; keep documentation same-day.
• Build relationships with local physicians and the community.
• Contribute to shaping a growing outpatient practice.

Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics – $108,000 + Monthly Bonus + $5K Sign-On – NW San Antonio

OrthoRehab is an owner-run, single-location outpatient orthopedic clinic at Bandera & Loop 1604. We're hiring a full-time W-2 Physical Therapist.

What we offer:

- Uncapped productivity bonus: $15 per visit above 180 visits/month (~$9K+/yr)

- $5,000 sign-on bonus

- 80% employer-paid medical; dental and vision available

- 15 PTO days + 7 paid holidays

- $1,500/yr CEU allowance + 3 paid education days

- License renewal, APTA/TPTA dues and malpractice covered

- Monday–Friday; no required Saturdays (optional paid Saturday sessions)

The role: evaluate and treat an orthopedic, spine, sports and post-op caseload (target ~11 visits/day) with real clinical autonomy. Build relationships with local physicians and the community, supervise PTAs and aides, keep documentation same-day, and help shape a growing practice.

You bring: an active Texas PT license (or compact privilege); DPT; outpatient ortho experience preferred (new grads with strong ortho rotations considered); OCS, FAAOMPT or dry-needling credentials a plus; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
