Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for a hospital-based outpatient orthopedic clinic in Houston, TX. You will manage a heavy orthopedic caseload in a 1:1, 1-hour block setting with emphasis on evidence-based care. A 3-month mentorship and 1-month onboarding help new grads ramp up to a full caseload.

The role offers a supportive team, no weekend hours, and access to a 10,000 sq ft gym and aquatic therapy resources through the attached facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Texas PT License or the ability to obtain one.
• Outpatient Orthopedics experience preferred.
• Will consider recent DPT graduates.
• H1-B Visa Sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Heavy orthopedic caseload working with an active/athletic adult/geriatric patient population.
• 1:1 patient care with 1-hour blocks.
• 3-month mentorship and training program for newer therapists.
• 1-month onboarding to ramp up to a full caseload.
• Collaborate within a hospital-based outpatient clinic with PT/ PTA support.

Full-time permanent Outpatient Ortho position seeing both Nonsurgical and Post-surgical Orthopedics. In this setting, you will work 1:1 with patients while being supported by a PTA. The team is willing to mentor and train this new hire, and they have a Senior PT with over a decade of Outpatient experience.
