Job summary

Sholom in Minnesota's Twin Cities seeks a qualified Physical Therapist to join our geriatric care team in Saint Paul. The role focuses on helping clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore maximum function across a full continuum of care.

The ideal candidate holds a B.S./D.P.T. in Physical Therapy, Minnesota licensure, CPR/First Aid, and prefers experience with older adults. We offer comprehensive benefits and flexible scheduling to support patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• 1+ year geriatric clinical experience preferred.
• Minnesota PT license required and active.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Restore maximum function through individualized therapy plans.
• Provide comprehensive physical therapy to geriatric populations.

Job Specifications

Education, Experience and Credentials

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school in Physical Therapy required.
• One or more years hands-on experience working with a geriatric population preferred.
• Must be licensed with the State of Minnesota as a Physical Therapist and must maintain licensure.
• CPR/First Aid certified through American Red Cross required.

An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization prioritizes pay equity and considers internal team equity when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. Shift and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
