Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Sachse, TX is seeking a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our growing team. The role focuses on comprehensive rehabilitation and return to sport, with a preference for strong manual skills and sports experience.

Salary ranges from $80,080 to $108,804.80 and varies with experience. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, 401(k) with match, disability coverage, and opportunities for mentorship and residency

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
• Certified BLS or completion within 90 days of employment is required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day
• Timely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge
• Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
• Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Promoting continuous quality improvement
• Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed

Compensation depends upon candidate’s years of experience

Seeking a driven candidate with a growth mindset to contribute to new sports/orthopedics clinic in Sachse TX. We are looking to grow our team with someone to contribute to a positive culture, centered on the patients full rehabilitation and return to sport. Strong manual skills and sports experience preferred. Current clinic hours are Monday and Wednesday 7am - 5 pm, Tuesday and Thursday 9 am- 7 pm, and Friday 8 am - 12pm. This may be subject to change with expansion.
