Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to develop and implement PT treatment plans following physician referrals. The role involves evaluating patients and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to restore or maintain well‑being.

The candidate must hold a current state PT license, have 2+ years of experience, and possess CPR and Hepatitis profiles. This on‑site, full‑time position offers a vehicle allowance, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
