Prime Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join the team at Rumford Hospital in Rumford, Maine. Qualifications

• Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services to restore function.
• Works with patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders.
• Delivers effective one-on-one physical therapy services to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders. The Physical Therapist I performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements.

This position makes a direct positive impact on the Western Foothills community by providing one-on-one physical therapy services to patients of all ages.

Rumford Region: A beautiful, rural area, the town is located in west-central Maine’s Oxford County and is surrounded by forests, mountains, rivers, and lakes. This area boasts many recreational opportunities for boating, swimming and fishing; and it’s also home to the largest waterfall east of Niagara. The business district of the town is located on “The Island” located between the Androscoggin River and the canals. The Island features restaurants and retail stores.
