Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Royse City, TX is seeking an orthopedic Physical Therapist to join a growing team of six full-time therapists. The role starts as a float position among nearby clinics and will transition to a permanent assignment as needed.

A quarterly bonus is available for this float role. The successful candidate will hold current Texas licensure or eligibility, complete BLS certification within 90 days, and participate in ongoing quality improvement and

• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
• Patient Case Load Average: 10-12
• Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source
• Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
• Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Promoting continuous quality improvement
• Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed

Salary range: $80,080.00 - $108,804.80

Compensation depends upon candidate’s years of experience

Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation in Royse City is looking to add a orthopedic Physical Therapist to our growing team of 6 full time therapists. This position will start out as a full time float position between neighboring clinics transitioning to full time in one location as needed. There is a Quarterly Bonus associated with this float role.
