Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Rockwall, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. This is a full-time float position initially covering neighboring clinics, with eventual placement in one location as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state
• BLS certification or completion within 90 days where required by state regulations

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
• Patient Case Load Average: 10-12
• Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source
• Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
• Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Promoting continuous quality improvement
• Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed

Compensation Depends Upon Candidate’s Years Of Experience

Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation in Royse City is looking to add a orthopedic Physical Therapist to our growing team of 6 full time therapists. This position will start out as a full time float position between neighboring clinics transitioning to full time in one location as needed. There is a Quarterly Bonus associated with this float role.
