Job summary

Corewell Health Physical Therapy at Royal Oak Hospital is seeking a dedicated physical therapist to join our full-time daytime team. You will assess patients with functional limitations, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care.

Our team of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants are licensed health care professionals focused on maximizing movement potential, injury prevention, treatment, and sustainable wellness.

Scope of Work

The physical therapist is responsible for examining, evaluating and developing a treatment plan for patients with functional limitations and disabilities. PT’s provide consultation to healthcare providers regarding a patient’s continuum of care. The individual in this position is required to appropriately interact with all patients regardless of age or culture and to adhere to the Corewell Health customer service standards.

Standard Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required. Masters or Doctorate Degree preferred.
• Michigan State License in Physical Therapy required.
• BLS certification required.
