Job summary

American River Home Care is seeking a highly motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing team. This full-time role offers per-visit compensation with a strong earning potential and a sign-on bonus. You will provide skilled PT services in patients’ homes and contribute to a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist license is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• At least one year of Physical Therapy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy visits to patients in their homes as part of home health.
• Document therapy sessions using an EMR system, from home or on the road.
• Collaborate with a dedicated clinical support team to ensure quality patient care.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Estimated Annual Earnings: $110,000–$140,000+, with the opportunity to earn more based on visit volume.

Competitive Per-Visit Pay: Compensation based on experience and visit type.

Sign-On Bonus Starting at $2,500: Bonus amount based on experience.

Mileage Reimbursement: Reimbursement for work-related travel.
