American River Home Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our growing team, providing in-home care with flexible scheduling and a supportive clinical staff. Earn per-visit compensation with a bonus structure and mileage reimbursement while delivering high-quality patient care in patients' homes.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Estimated Annual Earnings: $110,000–$140,000+, with the opportunity to earn more based on visit volume.

Competitive Per-Visit Pay: Compensation based on experience and visit type.

Sign-On Bonus Starting at $2,500: Bonus amount based on experience.

Mileage Reimbursement: Reimbursement for work-related travel.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

Current California Physical Therapist license (required).

Current CPR certification (required).

Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, properly insured vehicle.

Estimated Annual Earnings: $110,000–$140,000+, depending on visit volume
Setting: Home Health
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with weekend availability
Work Location: On the road, providing care in patients' homes.
