Job summary

American River Healthcare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our home health team. You will provide compassionate PT services in patients’ homes, travel to visits, and use our EMR system to document progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist license (required).
• Current CPR certification (required).
• At least one year of Physical Therapy experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, properly insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in patients' homes as part of home health visits.
• Carry out visits according to patient care plans and visit schedules.
• Document progress and coordinate with the clinical team using the EMR system.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Estimated Annual Earnings: $110,000–$140,000+, with the opportunity to earn more based on visit volume.

Competitive Per-Visit Pay: Compensation based on experience and visit type.

Sign-On Bonus Starting at $2,500: Bonus amount based on experience.

Mileage Reimbursement: Reimbursement for work-related travel.
