Mercyhealth in northern Illinois seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and develop treatment plans aimed at improving movement, strength and function using evidence-based exercises, manual techniques and modalities.
You will document thoroughly, collaborate with physicians and therapists, mentor newer partners, and contribute to performance improvement and cost-saving initiatives while delivering high-quality patient care in Rockford, IL.
This role involves evaluating patients and creating treatment plans to improve movement, strength, and function using exercises, physical therapy techniques, and other treatments.
40-hours per week

Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
Licensed as a physical therapist in WI, IL or both if required
CPR/BLS required within 90 days of hire
Some independent judgement is required, based upon scope of practice and within professional standards.
$80,716.59 - $121,074.89
