The New Jersey Doctors of Physical Therapy is a clinician-led practice in New Jersey offering a clear growth path and mentorship to Doctors of Physical Therapy. Clinicians typically see 1–2 patients per hour, enabling individualized care and strong clinical development within a supportive team.

We offer the opportunity to earn $120,000+, with total compensation valued up to $130,000+ including benefits, supported by structured mentorship, clinical development, and a clear growth path within an independently operated practice.

Our Mentorship Program

• Dedicated 1:1 mentorship sessions with an experienced team of highly credentialed, board-certified DPT mentors

• Strengthen your ability to evaluate, assess, and make sound clinical decisions

Compensation & Benefits

• Total compensation package valued up to $130,000+, including benefits
• Salary progression up to $120,000+ following the structured training and development period

Schedule & Caseload

• 1–2 patients per hour — a sustainable model, not high-volume care

• Low patient volume designed to support clinical learning and development
