Job summary

Luna Physical Therapy is seeking licensed physical therapists to provide in-home, one-on-one outpatient care across patients in the Oakland area. You will manage visits under each patient’s plan of care and determine your own schedule, with Luna matching you to nearby patients within a short drive.

Per-visit pay and the Luna app support quick documentation and payments, with bonuses and incentives offered. You’ll work on a flexible, travel-based model with reliable insurance and CPR/BLS

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific Physical Therapy license.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Current CPR/BLS certification and liability insurance.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork)
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
