Job summary

Cedar River Healthcare Center is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our rehab team in Renton, WA. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, provide skilled therapies, and document progress to support positive outcomes.

This role offers flexible hours, opportunities to collaborate with nursing and families, and supervision of PTAs as needed. Licensure in Washington state is required; new grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Current PT license in the state (required).
• Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred, but not required.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
