Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services seeks a Physical Therapist (PRN) to deliver individualized rehabilitative care within senior living communities. You will plan and adjust treatment programs, collaborate in clinical conferences, and provide private one-on-one sessions under medical orders.

The role supports a Monday–Friday schedule, with no weekend or holiday requirements, and offers attractive benefits for PRN staff. Licensure in the relevant state is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in area of discipline.
• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients.
• Treat residents one on one, with private treatment sessions and a functional-based approach.
• Individually tailor treatment sessions to each patient.
