Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. The PT will organize and conduct treatment programs based on referrals and evaluations, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to restore or maintain patient well-being.

The role requires a current Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma, CPR certification, and knowledge of durable medical equipment. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits and a vehicle allowance.

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Two years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current CPR and Hepatitis profile.
• Knowledge of durable medical equipment.
