Job summary

Ready 4 Work is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for ongoing opportunities in California. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized care plans, and deliver high-quality rehabilitation services to restore mobility and function.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

As a Physical Therapist, you’ll be responsible for:

• Evaluating, treating, and developing individualized care plans for patients.
• Providing high-quality rehabilitation services to help patients regain mobility and function.
• Supervising and mentoring physical therapy assistants and aides.
• Documenting patient progress and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Maintaining positive communication with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare teams.
• Staying up to date with the latest physical therapy practices and techniques.
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, including Medicare and OSHA standards.
• Participating in facility meetings, training sessions, and in-service education.

• Licensed Physical Therapist with a degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
