Ready 4 Work is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our network of healthcare providers. You will evaluate, treat, and develop individualized care plans while delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to help patients regain mobility and function.

You will supervise therapy staff, document progress, and maintain clear communication with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare teams, staying current with PT practices and regulations.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with a CAPTE-accredited degree.
• Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
