Job summary

BrightStar Care – Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality in-home physical therapy services. This part-time/per diem role offers competitive pay per visit, mileage reimbursement, and flexible scheduling in local visits.

Requirements include an active MA PT license, DPT or MPT from an accredited program, CPR certification, and a reliable vehicle. New grads welcome and clinical leadership supports professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active MA PT license.
• DPT or MPT from an accredited program.
• CPR certification.
• 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome).
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home PT evaluations and create personalized care plans.
• Provide skilled PT interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility, and safety.
• Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Document care using mobile-friendly EMR.
