Job summary

H2Health seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one, evidence-based outpatient care across diverse patient populations. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and use therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.

You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, educate patients and families, and contribute to program development.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Oklahoma.
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred.
• Strong communication and teaching skills.

Responsibilities
