Job summary

Cedar River Healthcare Center in New Hampshire is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our rehab team. This role offers flexible hours, the chance to help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence, and the opportunity to work with a supportive interdisciplinary team.

You will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, provide skilled PT services, document progress, and collaborate with rehab staff, nursing, and families to reach resident goals.

Qualifications

• Current PT license in the state (required).
• Geriatric or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
• New grads welcome to apply; strong communication and teamwork skills.
