Job summary

Fusion Physical Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Portsmouth, NH team. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based care with an orthopedic focus, evaluating functional needs, planning care, and guiding patients to optimal recovery.

The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities in a collaborative PT-owned private practice within a growing network, with mentorship, AI-assisted documentation, and ongoing clinical development supported by the Fusion network.

Qualifications

• Active NH Physical Therapist license in good standing or eligibility.
• Graduated from an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and evaluate functional needs and outcomes.
• Design and implement plans of care based on assessments.
• Create fitness and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients.
• Communicate effectively with other professionals and staff to ensure positive outcomes.

Sport & Spine Physical Therapy is a premier provider of physical therapy and sports medicine service serving Portsmouth, NH for over 20 years. As a PT-owned private practice, we are driven to provide highly individualized patient care that is centered on results. At Sport & Spine, we focus on relieving pain, improving movement, and restoring functioning. We also provide preventative healthcare and education to reduce a patient’s risk of re-injury. Our team is growing and we are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in Portsmouth, NH!

About the Role

Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

You will provide quality, evidence-based and individualized physical therapy care that includes assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication to help patients achieve optimal recovery and well-being. Your caseload will be primarily orthopedic with a variety of sports medicine conditions.

What you'll do:

• Provide direct patient care, evaluate functional needs and outcomes, review patients’ functional needs and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Design and implement plans of care for patients based on a thorough assessment of potential development
• Create fitness and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs.
• Communicate effectively with other professionals and support staff to achieve positive patient outcomes
• Document patient care services via EMR Prompt utilizing AI scribing with Prediction Health Sidekick for faster, easier and more compliant documentation
