Job summary

Center for Physical Therapy and Exercise (CPTE) in Hudson, NH seeks a Physical Therapist to join a collaborative outpatient team. You’ll evaluate, treat, and guide patients toward improved mobility, reduced pain, and restored function within a supportive, growth-oriented clinic.

Qualifications

  • Active NH Physical Therapist license in good standing or eligible for licensure.
  • Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings, functional limitations, and patient goals.
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, endurance, and function.
  • Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and other skilled interventions as appropriate.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to optimize outcomes and goal achievement.
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, home exercise programs, injury prevention, and sustainable movement strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation using Prompt and other clinical technologies.
  • Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, athletic trainers, front office staff, referral sources, and interdisciplinary providers.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development through mentorship and continuing education.
  • Build meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues to support a positive clinic culture.

We’re seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Hudson, NH clinic! About The Role

As a Physical Therapist at CPTE, you’ll help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and return to the activities they love. You’ll evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic population while working alongside a supportive clinical team dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes and individualized care.

Your day-to-day

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings, functional limitations, and patient goals
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, endurance, and overall function
  • Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic activities, and other skilled interventions as appropriate
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to optimize outcomes and support goal achievement
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and sustainable movement strategies tailored to each patient’s life
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Prompt and other clinical technologies
  • Collaborate with fellow Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Athletic Trainers, front office staff, referral sources, and interdisciplinary providers to deliver an exceptional patient experience
  • Participate in ongoing professional development through mentorship, continuing education, and clinical collaboration opportunities
